From the field to your vessel.

Four verified handovers between harvest and shipment. Each step is documented, sampled and audited by SGS, Control Union or Bureau Veritas.

Harvest

Combine harvesters and grain trucks operate directly with our partner farms during the summer campaign. Origin is fixed to the elevator lot.

Elevator storage

Grain enters a certified elevator, is dried to contract moisture, cleaned to spec and sampled. Every lot receives a passport with quality data.

Rail to the port

Grain hopper wagons transport the parcel to Novorossiysk, Taman, Azov or Rostov. Wagons are sealed and tracked end-to-end.

Vessel loading

Loaded into your Handysize, Supramax or Panamax at the terminal. Load-port inspection by SGS or Control Union — sample retained for the arrival tally.

High-throughput terminal for bulk grain, minimal weather delays. Direct sailings to Iran (Bandar Imam) and Saudi Arabia.

AZV

Azov

Shallow-water port for handy-size vessels 3–8 kMT. Fast transit to Marmara, Aegean and Levant.

RND

Rostov-on-Don

River-sea vessels 3–5 kMT for niche markets. Cost-efficient for smaller lots and repeat contracts.

How we sell

Trade terms built for grain and oil buyers.

FOB Black Sea

You nominate the vessel — we load at the elevator or oil plant, provide loading and phytosanitary documents, and step off at the ship's rail.

CFR / CIF

We arrange the ocean freight and, on request, marine cargo insurance up to CIF Incoterms 2020. Discharge at your nominated port.

Tender-ready

Documentation and quality specs prepared for GASC (Egypt), SLC (Saudi Arabia), TMO (Türkiye) and Iranian public tenders.

Payment

Irrevocable letter of credit at sight, CAD, or 100% pre-payment. Turkish contract entity simplifies compliance for regulated buyers.

Draft contract issued by our Türkiye entity; irrevocable L/C at sight or CAD. GAFTA 49 / 100 / 121 template.

Sourcing & QA

Grain reserved at the elevator or oil at the mill, tested against the spec. SGS or Control Union sample retained for buyer.

Port loading

Rail or road delivery to Novorossiysk / Taman / Azov / Rostov. Phytosanitary and quality docs issued at the port.

Vessel dispatched

Bill of lading released against payment (L/C) or on delivery (CAD). Real-time voyage updates until discharge.
